I freely consent to ООО «Статэндокс» (Statandocs LLC), at 1 Ramensky Boulevard, Ramenki municipal district, Moscow, 119607, Russia, processing the personal data described below.
Purpose: to review my enquiry, contact me for clarification, provide the information requested, and prepare and discuss a proposal for the project described.
Data: my name, if provided; the email address used to send the enquiry; other contact details I voluntarily provide for a reply; the enquiry, product, region and project stage information insofar as they relate to me.
Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use to respond and prepare a proposal, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing may be automated or non-automated.
This consent lasts until the enquiry and proposal discussion have concluded, or until earlier withdrawal. Data processing must then cease and the data must be destroyed within the applicable periods in Article 21 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, unless an independent lawful basis permits further processing.
I may withdraw consent by emailing contact@statandocs.com or writing to the operator’s address. No 30-day advance notice is required. Processing may continue within the scope of an independent statutory basis where one applies.
This consent does not cover advertising mailings, publication or cross-border transfer. Any processors acting on the operator’s behalf and their processing terms must be identified separately before such a transfer begins.
This form is intended for my ordinary contact information. I will not include health or biometric information, patient data or other people’s personal data.
