Version dated 20 October 2026
Operator and scope
ООО «Статэндокс» (Statandocs LLC). Registered and main office address: 1 Ramensky Boulevard, Ramenki municipal district, Moscow, 119607, Russia. Personal data enquiries: contact@statandocs.com. Telephone: +7 (800) 600-46-49.
This version covers enquiries through the email composer and the website’s contact email. Clinical trials, pharmacovigilance and other contracted services require separate documentation and lawful grounds.
Purposes, data and lawful basis
To review an enquiry, clarify the objective, reply, and prepare and discuss a project proposal. Data subjects are website visitors and representatives of prospective customers.
Data may include the name and contact details voluntarily provided, the sender’s email address, enquiry text, product, region and project stage information insofar as it relates to an individual. Only a project description and a separate consent choice are required; name and additional details are optional.
The enquiry workflow relies on separate consent under Article 9 and Article 6(1)(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Moving to a contractual relationship requires a separate determination of the lawful basis, scope and retention period.
Advertising mailings and publication are not part of the enquiry purpose and are not a condition for receiving information or a proposal.
How the form works
Until the email is sent, entered information is processed in the visitor’s browser. “Prepare email” creates a draft; the visitor reviews it and sends it using their own email application.
The email includes the consent text and version. The operator receives the enquiry after the email is actually sent and delivered. Preparing a draft does not establish delivery.
This form has no attachment upload, analytics, chat or storage of entered text in cookies or browser storage. Do not submit medical information or other people’s personal data.
Retention and cessation
An enquiry is processed until its review and proposal discussion conclude, or until earlier consent withdrawal. Retention after the purpose is achieved requires an independent lawful basis and a defined period.
When the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, data must be destroyed under Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, generally within 30 days where no statutory ground permits continued processing. Requests to cease processing are handled within the period in Article 21(5.1).
Access, protection and transfers
Access must be limited to staff who need it to respond and to their assigned responsibilities. Processors require the legally required documentation, identified parties and defined operations.
The website and databases are hosted in the Russian Federation. Email uses Mail.ru; the CRM runs on the company’s own server. This enquiry workflow uses resources in Russia and does not provide for cross-border transfer. Processing must comply with Article 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Protection measures include access controls, secure transmission, enquiry records, backups within agreed retention periods and controlled destruction.
Technical website information
To deliver pages and maintain security, a server may process IP address, request time, page address and browser information. Log locations, contents, retention and lawful basis must be established separately from enquiry consent.
Rights and requests
You may request information, correction, restriction or destruction, withdraw consent, or request cessation. Contact contact@statandocs.com or write to the operator’s address. No 30-day advance notice is required for withdrawal.
The operator may request only information needed to verify that a request concerns your data. Statutory response periods apply. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
